About OUR SESSIONS
When are training sessions held?
Our North Raleigh futsal program runs every Friday afternoon, offering year-round indoor training focused on fast-paced, high-repetition sessions that build strong fundamentals and game intelligence.
Who can join?
Boys and girls ages 6 to 16 are welcome — players are grouped by birth year and experience level.

5:30 - 6:30 PM: Players 2016s and younger
5:30 - 7:45 PM: Players 2015s to 2013s

- Optional Training: Players looking to train more than once a week may also join Sunday sessions at our Cary program (held at West Cary Middle School).

If you are looking for quality futsal training in the Charlotte area- FTA is your place. My kids love it and are learning so much we travel an hour and a half for them to train with and play with FTA.
