Futsal TA accepted as Charlotte member in Champions Cup Series for Season 3
Charlotte, NC (May 18, 2023) - Futsal Training Academy, Futsal TA (FTA), announced today its selection as one of 32 clubs across the United States to compete in Season III of United Futsal's Champions Cup Series. The selection validates FTA's three-year commitment to fostering top-tier talent, yielding multiple local and national titles, including the United Futsal Regional Showcase and World Futsal Championships.

The Champions Cup Series (CCS), organized by United Futsal, is a premier global Futsal championship bringing together 32 clubs from around the US to compete for a chance to represent the US at the World Futsal Cup.
They will compete in the Appalachian Conference against clubs from Ohio, Florida and Virginia on their road the the National Championship in Orlando this Summer.
The CCS is the first global youth futsal competition series in the world. The tournament series is comprised of three tournaments, the Winter Conference Championships, the Summer National Championships and the World Futsal Championships. The teams who win the National Championships for D1 are given a FREE spot to compete at the World Futsal Cup held in Barcelona, Spain against top teams like Santos FC, FC Barcelona, Corinthians FC, and many others. 2nd Place is invited as the 2nd team. 3rd Place is a waitlist team in the case an additional spot is available.
The United Futsal World Futsal Cup is an exciting showcase of talent, bringing together the most successful teams from each nation. This tournament acts as a magnet for top-tier futsal clubs, creating an exhilarating atmosphere where skills are put to the test and champions emerge. The World Futsal Cup serves as a stepping stone for players aspiring to play professionally and offers a unique platform for scouts and coaches to identify emerging talents.
In addition to the exhilarating tournaments, United Futsal offers two additional comprehensive player developmental programs called "Futures & Pro X." Aimed at nurturing young talent, top international players are selected to train, compete, and live like a professional futsal player for 9 days in Spain. Participants receive guidance from experienced futsal professionals, allowing them to refine their skills, improve game intelligence, and lay a solid foundation for future success.
In order to participate on the Futures and Pro X programs, nominated players from each CCS participating club can attend the National Training Camp (NTC) which is the the most advanced youth futsal camp in the U.S. The top players from the Champions Cup Series are selected by United Futsal to train with an elite futsal coaching staff.
Participants take part in an extensive futsal training regime, futsal fitness lectures, and the National Training Camp Cup. After participating in the NTC, players will receive invitations to join either the Futures and Pro-X programs.
The Champion Series Cup, with its tournaments and player programs, serves as an exceptional platform for futsal enthusiasts to showcase their skills and reach new heights.
