Summer Futsal Showcase Information:
Mark your calendars for June 24th, 2023, as the East Futsal Showcase takes center stage at the esteemed Sports Connection Northlake, located at 8626 Hankins Rd, Charlotte, NC 28269. The tournament kicks off bright and early, with the first games starting at 9:00 a.m. It's crucial to secure your spot early, as there are limited slots available for participation.
To ensure your team's participation, the registration fee is set at $320 per team (non-refundable) and must be paid in full at the time of registration. The tournament follows the official FIFA Rules of the game, adding an authentic touch to the futsal experience.
Showcase Format and Benefits:
The event embraces a showcase-style format, allowing each participating team to play 3 guaranteed matches on the day. Each game consists of two halves, each lasting 24 minutes, providing ample opportunities for teams to showcase their skills, strategies, and teamwork. The tournament features 4 full-sized courts, creating an electric atmosphere that fuels the players' passion for the game.
Age groups are organized based on double-year divisions, ensuring fair competition and fostering an environment that promotes development and growth for players of similar ages. The tournament commences at 9:00 a.m., unless otherwise requested by local clubs.
Individual Registration and Team Formation:
For individual players who don't have a team, the East Futsal Showcase has you covered! Upon registering as an individual player, you will be placed in one of our house teams 8-player roster. These teams are thoughtfully curated, taking into account age groups and the player's known level of expertise. Additionally, if you wish to be grouped with a specific teammate, you can indicate your preference in the registration form.
